We find we're divided here at Motion, half of us love a morning workout to kickstart to day, while others are all about that sleep-in and evening sweat session.

Either way, we all find it that little bit harder to stick to our routines when the cooler weather months come along [although we can't complain with the warm weather we've been having recently!].

To giveback to our community and to help us all our a little with those routines, we recently put on our first Free Pilates Class in our South Perth store. 

With Pilates by Chloe taking the class, it was a perfect start to everyones Tuesday morning. 

If you missed out on this class, we will be looking to do these classes ongoing. The classes will remain free but space is limited - so make sure you keep an eye out for our next one.
