ONLINE ORDER DELIVERIES
All items purchased through our online store are processed and sent out within 2-3 business days, using Australia Post express post services. Due to the closure of the Australia Post service we use, we do not post over weekends or public holidays.
For Domestic orders (within Australia) please allow 2-3 business days to receive your item, upon receiving confirmation of shipment and tracking information.
For International orders, this may vary but please allow up to 5 business days to receive your item, upon receiving confirmation of shipment.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or a credit either online or in-store, subject to the conditions below.
Your full-priced item(s) can be returned within 14 days of receiving your purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition, with tags still attached.
If an item is considered faulty due to manufacturing issues, please contact us before returning so we can work with you and the designer to resolve the issue.
If you wish to exchange your full-priced item, this will be done in the form of a credit note. A matching discount code will be honoured so that you can re-purchase a different size online, if an online return is requested.
Items purchased with store credit can be returned for store credit only, including full-priced items. Please note that, in the absence of any fault, returns are not available for any underwear or caps due to hygiene reasons.
Please note that store credit expires 12 months from the date of issue and any credit remaining at the time of expiry will no longer be available to use. Orders using store credit as a means of payment can only be refunded as store credit.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on Sale stock.
